The Mannheim Tourist Information Office, located at the Willy-Brandt-Platz, will be closed starting Monday 16th March. Furthermore, all guided city tours organised by the Tourist Information are being cancelled. These regulations are in place until 19th April 2020.
These measures were decided in relation to the partial closure of all public facilities to contain the coronavirus. The Tourist Information Office can still be contacted by phone on +49 (0)621/293-8700 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org during their regular opening hours (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.). Brochures and other information will still be dispatched or sent by email.
The guided city tours organised by the Tourist Information Office are also affected. Public city tours as well as individually booked tours are being cancelled and will not take place until 19th April 2020. Tickets for public tours that were already purchased will remain valid and can be redeemed later. Otherwise, they can also be refunded once the Mannheim Tourist Information Office is open to the public again.
Reservations for public tours from 20th April onwards remain valid for the time being. Further information for this period will be given in due course.
If you have any questions regarding guided city tours or with regards to the general tourist offer in Mannheim, please do not hesitate to contact the Tourist Information Office by email or phone.
