Planetarium Mannheim

A trip to the moon? A stroll across the Milky Way? No problem in the Mannheim Planetarium.

In one of Germany's oldest planetariums, you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of stars, planets and galaxies. Here you can experience a lifelike starry sky in a form that can only be seen in very dark places or from outer space. Alongside classic astronomy programmes, the planetarium offers music shows, lectures in various languages and special performances for children.

Top tip: Regular special events give you the chance to dream your way into other galaxies to the sounds of Pink Floyd or Queen, or lose yourself in a radio play.
